Membership governance

Membership is governed.

Admission considers qualifying capital, principal responsibility, reviewable credentials, useful participation, and institutional conduct.

Individual standing · Controlled access · Continuing review

Eligibility

Four requirements.

01

Principal capital

Meaningful ownership or decision authority over substantial investable assets, an operating company, or family capital.

02

Referenceable history

A professional, operating, or investment history that can be reviewed through appropriate references and credentials.

03

Useful participation

Experience, judgment, access, or subject-matter knowledge relevant to other members and the institution.

04

Institutional conduct

The ability to handle confidential information, disclose conflicts, and participate without misrepresentation or extraction.

Capital criteria are reviewed privately. Accreditation alone is not a membership credential.

Consideration

A documented review.

No automatic threshold, purchased admission, or public ranking determines membership.

  1. 01

    Request or sponsorship

A candidate may be referred by a member or submit a direct request for consideration.

  2. 02

    Credential review

Identity, company affiliation, professional role, references, and relevant public records may be reviewed.

  3. 03

    Membership conversation

The institution evaluates fit, expected participation, potential conflicts, and the candidate’s reason for joining.

  4. 04

    Provisional period

Initial access may be limited while orientation, conduct, and participation are established.

  5. 05

    Continuing standing

Membership remains subject to current credentials, accurate representations, confidentiality, and conduct.

Standing

Membership has a status.

Access is explicit, reviewable, and capable of being limited.

01

Candidate

A request or member sponsorship has been received.

02

Under review

Credentials, references, and fit are being considered.

03

Provisional

Limited access during orientation and initial participation.

04

Active

Full access within the member’s approved permissions.

05

Restricted

Access limited or suspended pending review.

Review and removal

Conduct maintains access.

Membership may be declined, restricted, suspended, or ended when the standard is not met.

  • Material misrepresentation or omitted conflicts
  • Unauthorized disclosure of private-room information
  • Repeated or indiscriminate solicitation
  • Using member information as an external contact list
  • Harassment, coercion, or conduct that compromises another member
  • A legal, regulatory, sanctions, or reputational concern incompatible with continued access

Institutional boundary

Membership is not verification, endorsement, or transaction approval.

Member status confirms only that a person has been admitted under the membership process. It does not verify every representation, approve an opportunity, or replace independent diligence.

Request consideration

Submit an institutional introduction.
