Start with the questions that matter.

Understand what is proposed, what remains to be confirmed and what an inquiry means.

Investor demonstration available. Live investment acceptance is not open. Capital is at risk.

What is the minimum allocation?

A minimum subscription has not been approved for publication. The amounts in the synthetic demonstration are examples, not proposed minimums. Compound’s US$1 million net-worth audience criterion is separate from the amount invested.

Who is eligible to invest?

The proposed offering is intended for eligible non-U.S. professional or institutional investors. Private-investor information describes an intended US$1 million net-worth audience threshold. Jurisdiction, legal classification, due diligence and approval remain separate requirements. An inquiry or wealth declaration does not approve access.

Which jurisdictions are supported?

No approved country list is currently published. Existing non-U.S. and professional-investor restrictions remain in place. A country marked for review is not an eligible jurisdiction until the required decision is recorded.

What are the fees?

Final fees and the investment structure have not been approved for publication. Applicable charges must be supplied in the governing documents before any investment is accepted. The demonstration does not establish a fee schedule.

How do liquidity and withdrawals work?

The proposed framework applies a separate 90-calendar-day holding period to each accepted subscription. Subsequent dealing dates are proposed for the 1st and 15th, subject to approved notice, business-day, valuation and settlement provisions. Submitting a request is not approval, and a dealing date is not a promised payment date.

What can go wrong?

Market movements, leverage, model failures, data errors, provider failures, custody problems and liquidity constraints can cause losses or delays. The proposed controls and human oversight cannot eliminate these risks or guarantee a loss limit. Capital at risk.

Why foreign exchange and digital assets?

These are the two market areas selected for Compound’s proposed systematic strategy. Instruments, venues and exposure limits need an approved mandate. Trading hours, market depth and execution conditions differ across instruments and venues; automation does not remove those differences.

How does this compare with index funds?

Compare the actual mandate, costs, risks, liquidity and operating structure before considering an allocation. Compound’s proposed FX and digital-asset approach is not represented as a substitute for a diversified portfolio or as superior to an index fund. Suitability depends on the investor and the final offering.

When does it launch?

No investment-acceptance date is confirmed. The public site and synthetic demonstration explain the proposed experience. Use the current availability notice for the latest published status. Registering interest does not reserve a place, establish priority or open an investment account.

How does Compound Path work?

Candidate, Qualified, Active, Established, Principal and The Circle describe reviewed relationship milestones and service scope. Selecting a level or submitting an inquiry does not assign one. Qualified is a journey label, not a legal investor classification. Levels never determine returns or override governing terms.
