Launch updates and conversation requests
Launch forms store the details you submit, your request type, page source and time of submission. Conversation requests may include your time zone and preferred availability. An optional email-update choice is recorded with the wording and version shown to you. Email addresses are not verified by submitting a form, and launch emails are not currently sent. Stop-updates requests record a suppression preference for the supplied address; they do not cancel appointments or change investment records.
AI-assisted inquiry review
Submitted contact details and inquiry content may be reviewed with AI to help summarise requests, identify missing information and draft responses for the team. Reviews are retained in a private owner report. This review does not send messages, approve investments or grant account access. Do not include identity documents, bank details or account credentials in public inquiries.
Access to records
Account records are limited by authenticated identity and workspace permissions. Operations actions retain review and activity history. The inquiry-review workflow does not read private investment account records, identity documents or financial statements.
