Compound’s intended audience is investors with US$1 million or more in net worth who meet the applicable jurisdiction and investor-qualification requirements.

Net worth describes assets less liabilities. The applicable assessment method and required evidence depend on the approved policy. The audience threshold does not establish legal accreditation, professional-client status or acceptance of an investment application.

The proposed offering is intended for eligible non-U.S. investors. Completing an assessment does not approve you to invest.

Check the initial access criteria. No identity documents or bank details are requested here. Country codes use two letters, for example GB or FR.

The expected investment range is separate from the net-worth audience threshold. U.S. status includes residence, citizenship, tax status and relevant entity ownership. A “No” answer is not a formal legal classification. Formal review uses the approved definition and evidence.
