A withdrawal request begins a process. Eligibility, notice requirements, valuation and settlement determine what happens next. Submitting a request does not mean a payment has been approved.
Under Compound’s proposed framework, each accepted subscription has a separate 90-day holding period. Capital added later may therefore have a different eligibility date from the original investment.
After the applicable holding period, eligible requests follow the proposed 1st or 15th dealing schedule, subject to final notice rules and governing documents. The dealing date identifies a processing point; it does not automatically establish the amount or date of payment.
Valuation and administration connect the request to settlement. Final documents must explain applicable charges, restrictions, exceptional circumstances and payment procedures. Investors should understand these terms before committing capital.
